AdvisorExpress will not save new FICS
We are looking into this issue and suspect that the problem is quite likely isolated to a few cases where several CD's were burned using an older version of the software; as this bug was addressed several versions before the final release. In the event that you have a non-functional copy of the FICS, please go to the "Let us Know" page and send a request for an updated version and we will send you an updated version via e-mail.

Follow these steps:
1. In the contact form, enter your name
2. Enter e-mail address where you want to receive the file
3. Select the "Update Faulty AE Release" button for Subject
4. Let us know who purchased the product (e.g. personal, district, etc.)

Can't view files on FICS_AE CD
It has come to our attention that some customers are having problems installing the files from the FICS_CD. The problem is that they are able to view the FICS documents, but the folder for AE_PROG does not show up. We are currently looking into a solution that will be posted on this web page. At this point, it appears that the information is actually on the CD, but there is a problem with how the computer views these files. Again, please keep checking this page as we will post updates for the solution to this problem.
