AdvisorExpress will not save new FICS

We are looking into this issue and suspect that the
problem is quite likely isolated to a few cases where
several CD's were burned using an older version of
the software; as this bug was addressed several
versions before the final release. In the event that
you have a non-functional copy of the FICS, please go
to the "Let us Know" page and send a request for an
updated version and we will send you an updated
version via e-mail.
Follow these steps:
1. In the contact form, enter your name
2. Enter e-mail address where you want to receive the file
3. Select the "Update Faulty AE Release" button for Subject
4. Let us know who purchased the product (e.g. personal, district, etc.)
